The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) on Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) is a 120 ECTS Master course supported by the European Commission through the Erasmus +: Erasmus Mundus Programme which provides a Postgraduated Diploma. The objective is to contribute to the qualification of professionals and researchers in the discipline of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, emphasizing a European approach and perspective.

The course in brief
The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) is a prestigious international study programme, jointly delivered by an international consortium of higher education institutions (Bologna, Coimbra, Barcelona, Valencia). Teaching activity (in English) is aligned with international standards like the EuroPsy Certificate. Study must take place in at least two of the Programme countries. EU-funded scholarships are available for the best student candidates. Students experience an integration of science and professional practice, a learning-by-doing approach, opportunities to meet professors and experts from different countries.
WOP-P Master's students receive two diplomas.
The University of Valencia issues a Joint Diploma as the Coordinating Institution of the Consortium (“Master Universitario Erasmus Mundus en Psicología del Trabajo, de las Organizaciones y de los Recursos Humanos”). In addition, the University of Bologna issues a national diploma to WOP-P Master students (“Laurea Magistrale in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology”).
Students also receive a Joint Diploma Supplement with specific information about the participation of the student in the WOP-P Master.
