The administration of student careers for this Degree Programme is managed by several offices.
The Student Administration Office is in charge of student careers from an administrative point of view – managing enrolment, graduation applications and transfers (from/to a different degree programme), issuing transcripts, certificates and copies, monitoring fee payment.
The Programme Coordinator is in charge of the course management. In particular, the activities carried out concern:
Degree program management: Academics, Organization of modules and seminars, Administration and logistics;
Promotion: Communications, sponsorship and master's degree on online portals;
Information: ongoing admin support to prospective and enrolled students and to faculty;
Recruitment: managing national and international student's' admissions;
International relations: Double degree management, Guidance for incoming and outgoing exchange students.
Quality Assurance in collaboration with QA Committee.
Promotes the master's degree on online portals.
Degree Programme's Tutor Supervision.
Evaluation and administration for projects, procedures, systems and standards.
The Programme Coordinator meets students individually, supporting them during the course of study.
The Degree Programme Office provides students and academics with information and support on curricular matters, coordinating exams, degree-programme resolutions, curriculum-related activities and all necessary processes ensuring the smooth running of courses and degree programmes.
The Internship Service gives students guidance on choosing and undertaking an internship. It also support businesses in drawing up internship agreements for curricular or training internships.
The Service helps undergraduates complete their learning curriculum, and graduates/graduands find their feet in the working world, by organizing and creating curriculum and post-graduate placements and internships, including the professional development internship, in liaison with university-aligned host-organizations and teaching facilities on the Cesena Campus.
The International Relations Service promotes student mobility programmes by organising information events. It offers guidance on study opportunities within exchange programmes as well as support in applying for exchange programmes that include an internship abroad.
