Rules of behaviour during graduation sessions

Unibo rules concerning the carrying out of the graduation sessions

For the safety protocol and for the good proceeding of the ceremony, we invite you to set a limit to the number of guests attending the graduation discussion, observing the following indications:

1. Do not arrive at the meeting spot way too early, you must respect the schedule of the convocation, to avoid overlaps with other commissions.
2. Ask to the staff in charge your arrival and ask them indications about the proceeding of the ceremony.
3. At the end of the discussion leave the room quickly, following the indications of the staff in charge.
4. Greetings and photoshots must be done outside of the building, with a sober and appropriate behavior for a University, avoiding eccessive celebrations.
5. It is forbidden to hang sings inside and outside of the building.
6. It is forbidden to use confetti inside and outside of the building.
7. It is forbidden to use alcoholic beverages inside and outside of the building and in public places (please refer to the municipal ordinance attached).
8. It is forbidden the use of rockets, flares, fireworks, smoke bombs, firecrackers as obliged by Decreto sicurezza Bis 53/2019.
