The 2024 GenDJus Workshop "Gender Stereotyping in International Human Rights Law and Discourse" welcomes participants to explore the complex impact of stereotypes, prejudices, and biases on international and EU law, especially in judicial reasoning and discourse, through engaging presentations by expert speakers.
This workshop is part of the PRIN-PNRR “Rights and Prejudice” research project (GenDJus), funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research and the EU under the NextGeneration EU initiative.
It is organized by the Department of Political and Social Science at the University of Bologna and co-hosted by the Forlì Human Rights Interdisciplinary Centre.
