If the student fails to satisfy the above requirements 1 and/or 2 his admission to the Master's degree programme is conditioned to having the necessary knowledge as assessed by an interview with a specific Committee according to the criteria and the procedure set by the Degree Programme Board and posted on the University Portal (
http://corsi.unibo.it/magistrale-matematica/Pagine/modalit-di-accesso.aspx).
In any case, a student may join the Master's degree programme only if he can demonstrate appropriate personal background knowledge. This will be ascertained by the Committee through the examination of the student's CV, followed possibly by an interview, according to the criteria and the procedure set by the Degree Programme Board and posted on the University Portal (
http://corsi.unibo.it/magistrale-matematica/Pagine/modalit-di-accesso.aspx).
For international students applying for study grants (usual deadline in May) the Degree Programme Board may decide to fix a specific session and appoint a Committee in order to check the suitability of their academic background for their admission to the programme.
