Detailed information regarding the various deadlines for graduation sessions is provided in the highlighted attachment.
Indicatively, the opening of the online graduation application is scheduled approximately two months before the start of the session in which the graduation call is included; the application deadline is two months before the date of the relevant graduation call.
Late applications with a penalty fee are allowed: during the month following the standard application deadline, students may submit a late application upon payment of the prescribed fee.
Candidates must have fulfilled all academic requirements (D2 requirements as specified in the annex), such as the completion of required examinations and the approval of the internship, approximately 20 days before the graduation date.
The thesis upload must be completed approximately 10 days before the graduation date, in order to allow the supervisor to approve the thesis within the following 5 days.
The graduation application requires the payment of stamp duty (equal to € 32.00).
If the application is submitted after the ordinary deadline and within the late deadline with arrears, an indemnity of € 100.00 is expected.
The student who fails to graduate in the chosen exam session must request cancellation of the degree application from the degree programme office (mat.didattica@unibo.it) and resubmit it online for a subsequent exam, within the deadlines set for this. If the student changes degree session within the same academic year (from June to March of the following year), he does not have to pay any fees.
The renewal of the graduation application to graduate in an academic year subsequent to that of the first presentation, involves an additional payment of the € 16 duty stamp once the first application has been canceled, when the application is entered for the appeal.
