IM Project Management Class had the great chance to visit Maserati Headquarters and plant, based in Modena, on May 12.
Thanks to Professor Gherardi and Megan Clancy, former IM student and now Product Marketing Specialist in Maserati, students could experience the reality of one of the greatest Italian and worldwide excellences in the automotive industry.
Following the plant tour and the company presentation, the class could better understand some of the processes and the development phases of a car, from the concept design to the commercial launch, analysing them from the project management point of view. Absolutely a unique way to gain even more practical experience.
